All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.

La Tache Bobo makes every effort to dispatch items within 10-14working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.


All jewellery is packaged in La Tache Bobo jewellery pouch and bespoke lacquered wooden box together with personalized Authenticity Certificate and Warranty Card.


All sales are final. We do not take returns on any styles.

Product Maintenance

In a case-by-case basis, La Tache Bobo will polish (clean) or repair any fine jewellery product that was ordered directly from www.latachebobo.com within 12 months of purchase.


La Tache Bobo is offering free world wide shipping.

If Goods are being ordered from outside La Tache Bobo country of residence, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. La Tache Bobo is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and La Tache Bobo cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.La Tache Bobo is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.

Jewellery Care

All jewellery ordered comes with a care card, which informs you of how to maintain your piece. La Tache Bobo is not liable for any damage to the finish of a piece if care instructions are not followed.
